This Policy sets out the details of the personal information processed by Out of Set Inc. (“Company”) in connection with a User’s use of “Airy Studio” (the “Service”), provided by the Company through Airy.

This Policy constitutes an Individual Policy under the Airy Privacy Policy (the “Common Policy”) and applies together with the Common Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Common Policy, this Policy shall prevail with respect to matters concerning the Service.

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)

In addition to the purposes set out in Article 1 of the Common Policy, the Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Provision of the Service: Voice generation, editing, and download; project management
  2. AI Model Training: Where a User has consented, training speech synthesis models using the input and output data generated in the course of using the Service

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed and Retention Periods)

1. Items Processed Without Consent (Information Necessary for Performance of Contract)

In addition to the items set out in Article 2(1) of the Common Policy, the Company processes the following:

2. Items Processed With Consent

The input and output data used for AI model training are identical to the data already collected for the provision of the Service under Article 2(1) above, and no additional data is separately collected for this purpose. Such data is used for model training purposes only where a User has consented.

Users may freely consent or decline to consent to the processing of personal information for AI model training, and use of the Service is not restricted if consent is not given. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the in-service settings menu or by contacting customer support ([email protected]).

Where a User withdraws consent for AI model training, data generated after the point of withdrawal is excluded from use in training. However, due to technical limitations, data that has already been incorporated into model training prior to withdrawal may not be retroactively deleted.

Article 3 (Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)

Matters concerning the outsourcing and overseas transfer of personal information for the Service are governed by Articles 4 and 5 of the Common Policy. Any processor specific to the Service will be separately disclosed in this Article.

Article 4 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not addressed in this Policy shall be governed by the Common Policy.
