Article 1 (Purpose and Status)

These Airy Studio Service Terms (“Terms”) set out the detailed terms and conditions for the use of “Airy Studio” (a service for character voice selection, and script-based voice generation, editing, and download; the “Service”), provided by Out of Set Inc. (“Company”) through Airy.

These Terms constitute Service-Specific Terms under the Airy Terms of Service (the “General Terms”) and apply together with the General Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the General Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to matters concerning the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Input: Scripts and other materials that a User inputs or uploads to the Service.
  2. Output: The synthesized voice and other results generated by the Service.
  3. Character Voice: A synthesized voice made available through the Service for a User to select and use in generating voice output.

Other terms used herein shall have the meanings set out in the General Terms.

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

  1. The Company provides character voice selection, voice generation and editing, project management, and output download functionality.
  2. Beta features may change in accuracy or availability without prior notice, and the composition of available Character Voices may also be changed or discontinued at the Company’s discretion.
  3. Output may differ from a User’s expectations in pronunciation, intonation, or content; Users should review Output themselves before relying on it for important purposes.
  4. The Company may attach an AI-generated content notice or watermark to Output. Where there is a risk that Output could be mistaken for the statement of an actual person, the User must disclose that the content is AI-generated.

Article 4 (Ownership of Content)

  1. Ownership of voice files generated and downloaded by a User, and of any new content created using such files (“User Output”), belongs to the User.
  2. The Company may use a User’s Input and Output to the extent necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, and improve quality. The Company will not disclose Input or Output to third parties without separate consent.
  3. Where a User separately consents, the Company may use the User’s Input and User Output to train AI models. The procedures for such consent and its withdrawal are set out in the Privacy Policy.
  4. Copyright in Character Voices and other content provided by the Company belongs to the Company. Users may use such content only within the scope permitted by the Service’s policies, and may not resell or redistribute it.
  5. The Company does not warrant the originality of Output or that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. Users are responsible for securing any necessary third-party rights, including in scripts or trademarks, on their own.
